As a Financial Advisor with the Lee & Dunn Group at Baird, Grayson Miller focuses on helping clients align their financial lives with what matters most to them. His work centers on understanding each client’s goals, values, and priorities, and building financial plans designed to support not just long-term outcomes, but meaningful legacies across generations.
Grayson takes a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to planning. He believes that financial advice is most effective when it reflects both the numbers and the values behind them—helping clients make confident decisions and pass along not only wealth, but the principles that define their families.
Grayson brings a strong sense of organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail to his work with clients. He is a graduate of Baird’s Financial Advisor Training Program and holds his Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.
Grayson earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Western Washington University, where he developed a strong foundation in communication and critical thinking, a groundwork that underpins his collaborative, client-focused approach.
Outside of work, Grayson enjoys painting, running, and playing chess. He lives by the belief that consistent effort leads to meaningful results, a mindset captured in his favorite quote: “The harder I work, the luckier I get."
